Refunds & Exchanges

1. Please return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of purchase.  
   
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels still attached. They must be of excellent re-saleable condition and must not have been worn.
3. Return postage is the customers responsibility. We would advise that you use an insured delivery service as Footprints will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
   
4. A copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel.
   
5. No refunds are given on unwanted goods. We are however happy to offer you a credit on your account or an exchange for unwanted goods. Refunds are only given for goods which are faulty. Once we receive your returned item, we will credit your account or exchange as instructed.
   
6. We only offer a credit note or exchange on sale items - no refunds will be given.
