Payment Methods
Footprints accepts all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express. Footprints will aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Footprints also accept cheques in British Pounds Sterling. These must be made payable to Footprints Ltd. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods are dispatched.

Footprints offers a fast and efficient delivery service.
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 1 to 2 working days after you place your order.
For International orders, we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days after you place your order.

Delivery Charges
Delivery to the UK is £5.95 using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery to Europe and EIRE is £12.  A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery to rest of the world is £15.  A signature will be required upon receipt.

Should there be any delay we will telephone or e-mail you letting you know details of the delay. We will not charge you until the goods leave our shop.

Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
