Payment & Security
Footprints accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit and American Express. You can also pay using your Paypal account.
All orders on this site are charged in British Pounds Sterling.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable at 20%.
Our website is a secure site and for your peace of mind, all payments are made through Paypal's payment gateway. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
Delivery
All UK items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next working day trackable delivery. Non UK items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier depending on the products ordered and shipping country. A signature is required for all deliveries. Please provide a delivery address where you will be in to sign for the delivery (eg work if not at home)
Should there be any delay, we will telephone or email you letting you know details of the delay. Local import duties may be payable upon receipt.
We deliver to many countries worldwide. If you would like us to add your country, simply contact us by email.
Yes, for UK orders this is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is our standard form of shipping to the UK. If you want to speak to us personally about your order, simply call or email us know and we do our best to help you with any aspect of your order.
Delivery to the UK is £5.95 and usually delivers next working day, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery to Europe and EIRE is £12 using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt
Delivery to Rest of the World is £15.95 using Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. A signature will be required upon receipt
For small items such as pair of tights or a tee shirt we are happy to send this via Roya Mail First Class Recorded delivery and we can quote a price for this separately and refund the price difference to you.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy each time you shop with Footprints. However, if however you are unhappy with the goods received, we will be happy to refund them. All Returns must be sent back at the customer's expense in new re-saleable condition, with relevant tags attached or for shoes, not worn outside. A Refund will not be issued unless goods are returned in this way unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned within 7 working days, along with the original receipt.
Any items returned after 14 days will have a credit note raised, rather than a full refund, unless the item is faulty or you have informed us that there will be a longer delay for circumstances beyond your control, such as being away on holiday etc
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class recorded delivery when returning any item to us. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Please note that we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the returns delivery when an unwanted product is returned.
